During these Site-Visits:
  - Dr Bob and Arthur have the mission to mentor the review chairs and assist the less experienced peer reviewers to be able to conduct further DE visits to other faculties that will be ready in the near future .

  - They attended eight site-visits at Day 0 and final days for each and joined some teams for their report writing

  - They supported the satisfactory completion of the 8 site-visits conducted by Egyptians in phase 5 and 6.

  - They wrote evaluations for each of these site-visits using the reflections template slightly modified, together with evaluations of the review chairs and peer reviewers with recommendations for them

  - They identified the need for more training for the review Chairs and peer reviewers in report writing, the associated skills of gathering and organizing evidence, preparing and enlarging written commentaries and making evidence-based decisions.

  - According to their evaluation for the most recent DEs; Dr Bob and Dr Arthur suggested that the review chairs have not always had teams with sufficient peer review training and experience .They recommended two lines of actions to be addressed ;the first is to increase the training and appointment of peer reviewers to improve selection; the second is to use risk assessment methods to identify DEs that may require an additional peer reviewer to ensure adequate capacity in the review team to complete the DE.

  - They also identified the need for the experienced and accomplished chairs to be given additional training to begin to take over the mentoring, on-the-job training. They presented a plan for this to be addressed in

  - They commented on the draft template for the review report produced by QAAP as an encouraging step forward and such a template will be of significant assistance in on-site report writing. they recommended that the template is refined further as follows:

    * The standard wording in the introduction concerning the programs include in the DE, and that "…for accreditation all educational programs are to have specifications and annual reports"

    * The inclusion of the standard wording for the judgments under each main heading in line with the handbook.

    * The conversation of the word document to a word template or macro, so that reviewers can insert their paragraphs within the headings

    * The draft should be carried forward each day of the site-visit , amended, refined, and circulated each day, until it serves as a draft report for consideration by the review team on day 3.

  - They established a provisional detailed time table for further activities and site-visits in 2007 as a part of further work on the road map.
