An appropriate organization structure has been set for efficient management of the program as explained by the figure below. For this intent several ministerial decrees have been issued as follows:

Ministerial Decree for the formation of the national committee: No. (3325) dated 23/23/2007 the initial formation, then re-formed by the Ministerial Decree No. (186) dated 27/1/2009 - Ministerial Decrees: No. (171) dated 26/1/2009 for the position of vice president, assigning full-time experts (Decrees: No. (172) dated 26/1/2009, No. (173) dated dated 26/1/2009, No. (850) dated 13/5/2008

Duties Of the National Council
    • Evaluate and authorize/ certify the action plans for quality assurance and qualifying for accreditation projects.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the approved projects
    • Instill changes in the action plans according to the monitoring and performance evaluation reports and revise and assess performance and approved budget for different execution stages.
    • Suggest strategic plans to complete the process of quality assurance and qualifying for accreditation projects in the higher education institutes
